Originally from Seattle, Washington Aarron Baker is a consummate creative and a highly skilled technician with a bucketload of artistic quirk and meticulous precision, her aesthetic is praised for being inventive and impeccably polished.
Aarron is a key member of the TONI&GUY Artistic team and a regular presenter onstage. She regularly travels to London to fuel her inspiration tank at the annual TONI&GUY bootcamp working alongside the highly acclaimed International Artistic Team. Aarron is also a principal facilitator of TONI&GUY Academy Education where she is commended for her ability to make complex techniques accessible and to create new and innovative client solutions.
A Wella trendvision finalist in 2013 & 2015 Aarron has a keen eye for fashion forward hairdressing and a sound understanding of the delicate balance between creative & commercial vision. Aarron also has the strong flexibility of a strong styling and Avant Garde skill set. She is also a popular stylist for editorial shoots, her work featuring in look books, blogs and magazines.
Having qualified as a hairdresser in 2003 Aarron has worked for TONI&GUY for 15 years. Starting out as an assistant in both Oxford St & Pitt St salons. Rising to her current position as Technical Director at Surry Hills TONI&GUY. She is also acurrent member of the Wella symposium.
